Hamilton's sushi scene runs hard. University foot traffic, suburban grab-and-go counters, lunchtime bento rushes — your packaging has to keep up. We stock BioBoard and BioCane sushi trays in five sizes, ready to dispatch same day if you order before 4pm.
Cartons of 300 or 600. Kraft and black finish. Sugarcane fibre options. Nothing you don't need.
BioBoard Sushi Trays — Kraft and Black
Five sizes cover your whole menu. Extra Small through to Long, all in cartons of 300. The kraft and black finish looks sharp at a grab-and-go counter without adding cost.

BioCane Sushi Trays — Sugarcane Fibre
Made from bagasse — the fibre left after sugarcane is pressed. Compostable, rigid, and they don't go soggy under a damp cloth. Three sizes in stock.

The 600/ctn Medium is the workhorse. Good for a six-piece nigiri set or a mixed roll tray.

We dispatch stocked lines the same day if your order is in before 4pm on a NZ business day. Four Hamilton operators are already on account with us. Getting set up is straightforward — no minimum spend to open an account.
If you need deli containers for sides or miso, or takeaway containers for bento, we stock those too.

What sushi tray sizes do you stock for Hamilton?+
Five BioBoard sizes (Extra Small to Long, 300/ctn) and three BioCane sizes (Medium, Large, Long). All are stocked lines so they go same day if ordered before 4pm.
Are these trays compostable?+
The BioCane trays are made from sugarcane fibre and are compostable. The BioBoard trays are a kraft and black board construction — check your local composting facility for acceptance.
What's the carton quantity?+
BioBoard trays come in cartons of 300. The BioCane Medium is 600/ctn. Large and Long BioCane carton quantities are listed on the product pages.
Do you do custom printed sushi trays?+
Custom print is available on selected lines with minimum order quantities. Contact us directly to discuss what's feasible for your volume.
Can I get deli containers for sides alongside my sushi trays?+
Yes. We stock deli containers that work well for sauces, edamame, and miso. Add them to the same order.
How many Hamilton sushi operators do you currently supply?+
Four, as of our last count. We're straightforward about that — it's a real number, not a marketing round figure.
