- F4652 Small — solid all-rounder for 4–6 piece sets
- F4653 Medium — the workhorse for most standard sushi sets

Board construction holds its shape. The black interior makes the product look sharp without you having to do anything clever with presentation.
BioCane Sushi Trays — Sugarcane Fibre
If your customers notice what their food comes in — and in Christchurch's CBD lunch market, plenty do — BioCane is worth the conversation. Made from sugarcane fibre, compostable, and sturdy enough to handle sauces without turning to pulp.
