Materials that do the job
The BioBoard range uses a kraft and black board construction. It holds its shape in the fridge and looks sharp in a chiller cabinet without any extra effort on your end.
BioCane trays are made from bagasse — the fibre left over after sugarcane is pressed. Compostable, rigid enough for a full tray of nigiri, and available in medium, large, and long formats.
Both materials are wholesale-priced by the carton. No minimum order ceremony — just order what you need.
Dispatch and delivery
Stocked lines leave our warehouse the same business day when you order before 4pm. That includes everything listed on this page.
We deliver across New Zealand. If you're in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or one of the other main centres, check your city page for any location-specific details.
Buying by the carton
BioBoard trays come 300 per carton across all sizes. The BioCane Medium comes 600 per carton — useful if that format is your workhorse. Carton quantities are listed on each product page so there are no surprises when the invoice lands.

What sizes of sushi tray do you stock?+
We carry extra small, small, medium, large, and long formats across the BioBoard range. BioCane comes in medium, large, and long. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page — the BioCane Long is 221 x 91 x 24mm if you need a narrow format for rolls.
Are these trays compostable or recyclable?+
BioCane trays are made from bagasse and are compostable. BioBoard trays use a kraft and black board construction. Check your local council guidelines for disposal, as commercial composting facilities vary by region.
Can I get a lid with these trays?+
The BioBoard and BioCane trays in this range are open trays. Check our wider packaging catalogue or contact us directly to find a matching lid option for your chosen tray format.
How quickly will my order arrive?+
Stocked lines are dispatched the same business day if your order is placed before 4pm. Delivery timeframes after that depend on your location within New Zealand.
Do you do custom printed sushi trays?+
Custom print is available on certain products. Minimum quantities apply and lead times are longer than stocked lines. Contact us to talk through what's possible for your store.
Can I mix tray sizes in one order?+
Yes. Each size is ordered by the carton and you can mix sizes in a single order. There's no requirement to order the same format across the board.
