The BioBoard Range — Kraft and Black Sushi Trays
BioBoard trays come in five sizes, all in kraft and black finish, cartons of 300. Sizes in the range:

- F4654 — Large, 300/ctn
- F4655 — Long, 300/ctn
The kraft and black combo looks sharp at point of sale. Good for retail display as much as straight takeaway.
The BioCane Range — Bagasse Sushi Trays
Made from sugarcane fibre. Compostable, sturdy, and handles condensation better than you'd expect from a plant-based tray. Three sizes available:
- F4642 — Medium, 188 x 134 x 24mm, 600/ctn
- F4644 — Large, 214 x 134 x 24mm
- F4646 — Long, 221 x 91 x 24mm
If your customers are asking about sustainability credentials, bagasse is an honest answer. Not greenwash — it's actually made from what's left after sugarcane processing.

The BioBoard and BioCane trays are bases. Matching lids need to be ordered separately. Check the catalogue or contact us to confirm which lids pair with each base.
Are the BioCane trays actually compostable?+
Yes. Bagasse is a commercially compostable material. If you need specific certification details for your own customer communications, ask us and we'll pull the spec sheet.
What's the minimum order quantity?+
Most lines come in cartons — the BioBoard range is 300 per carton, the BioCane Medium is 600 per carton. We sell by the carton, not by individual units.
Can I get custom printing on these trays?+
Custom print options exist but require minimum quantities and lead time. Contact us with your volume and timeline and we'll tell you what's realistic.
How quickly will my order arrive in Hamilton?+
