BioCane Sushi Trays — Sugarcane Fibre
BioCane trays are pressed from sugarcane fibre. They're rigid, moisture-resistant, and compostable. Good option if your customers care about what ends up in the bin after lunch.

- F4646 — Long, 221 x 91 x 24mm
The 24mm depth keeps nigiris and maki from sliding around. The 600-count carton on the medium size works well if that's your workhorse format.
