Packaging
Deli Containers in Wellington
Wellington runs on good food in small pots — here's the packaging to match.
The capital has more cafes per capita than almost anywhere on earth. That means a lot of dips, dressings, sauces, and cold-case counters that need containers that actually seal. We stock round deli pots from 30ml up to 500ml, in PP plastic and kraft options, with lids that click shut and stay shut.
Orders placed before 4pm on a NZ business day ship the same day on stocked lines. We're already supplying two Wellington operators — and the range is open to anyone who needs reliable deli packaging without the runaround.

Materials and What They're Good For
PP (polypropylene) is your workhorse. Freezer-safe, microwave-tolerant, and the lids don't pop off in a chilly bin. Most of our round containers are PP.
PLA is plant-based and compostable under commercial composting conditions. The RF2303 60ml cup sits in this category — useful if your customers or your council's waste scheme expects it.
Clear plastic lets the product sell itself in a cold case. Kraft suits operators who want a less clinical look on a deli counter.
Who Uses These in Wellington
Cafe cold-cases are the obvious fit — hummus, tzatziki, house-made dressings, fruit salad pots. But the range does real work in other spots too.
- Sushi bars portioning soy, wasabi, and pickled ginger
- Indian and Thai kitchens sending chutneys and curry sauces alongside mains
- Burger and fried chicken shops that do dipping sauces by the litre and need to portion them fast
- Dessert kitchens packaging caramel, coulis, and cream for grab-and-go
- Food trucks that need stackable, space-efficient containers in a tight fit-out
If you're portioning anything liquid or semi-liquid for service or retail, there's a size in this range that fits.
Ordering and Dispatch
Order before 4pm on a NZ business day and we dispatch the same day on stocked lines. We don't promise what we can't deliver — if something is out of stock or on indent, we'll tell you upfront.
Carton quantities vary by product. The 30ml and 50ml pots come in high-volume cartons suited to busy kitchens. The 250ml and 500ml containers are cartons of 500, which is a manageable pallet footprint even in a compact Wellington prep kitchen.
Custom print is available on select lines — talk to us directly if you need branded deli pots. Minimum quantities apply.
Frequently asked
What sizes do your deli containers come in?+
We stock 30ml, 50ml, 60ml (PLA), 250ml, 300ml, and 500ml in the round container and pottle range. The right size depends on what you're portioning — sauce condiments sit well in 30ml to 50ml, dips and sides in 250ml to 500ml.
Are the lids sold separately?+
For the 30ml container (RF0914), yes — the lid (RF0914.1) is a separate SKU, sold in packs of 250 to match. For other sizes, check the individual product listing or contact us to confirm lid compatibility.
Are these containers freezer-safe?+
The PP round containers are freezer-safe. PLA containers are not recommended for freezer use — PLA is best for ambient or chilled applications, not long-term frozen storage.
Do you do custom printed deli pots?+
Yes, on select lines. Custom print has minimum order quantities and a lead time beyond our standard stocked dispatch. Get in touch before you order and we'll give you the specifics.
How quickly can I get an order delivered to Wellington?+
We dispatch stocked lines the same day if your order is in before 4pm on a NZ business day. Delivery time to Wellington from there depends on the courier, but we'll give you a tracking number so you're not guessing.
What's the minimum order quantity?+
It varies by product. The 30ml containers come in packs of 250, the 50ml in cartons of 3000, and the 250ml and 500ml rounds in cartons of 500. No blanket minimum order value — buy what you need.
