Fried Chicken Packaging

Keeps the crunch in. Keeps the grease out. Ships fast.

Soggy chicken is a one-star review waiting to happen. Our fried chicken boxes and buckets are ventilated to let steam escape and grease-resistant so the bottom doesn't give out mid-delivery. Kraft, printed card, or bagasse — you pick the material that fits your operation.

We stock snack boxes, 2-piece, 6-piece, and family buckets. If you're running a ghost kitchen, a food truck, or a full sit-down shop, there's a size and format here that works.

Built for the fryer, not the boardroom

Fried chicken packaging has one job: get the food to the customer in the condition you cooked it. That means ventilation holes so condensation doesn't pool inside, grease-resistant liners or coatings so the box holds its shape, and stacking ability so your delivery bags don't become a structural collapse.

All our boxes are stackable and print-ready. Custom branding is available on selected lines — talk to us about minimums.

Sizes we stock

  • Snack box — popcorn chicken, tenders, sides. Compact and easy to hand over through a window.
  • 2-piece box — two pieces of bone-in chicken with room for a sauce tub.
  • 6-piece box — the workhorse. Works for dine-in and delivery both.
  • Family bucket — high-volume, structured sides, takes a beating in a delivery bag without collapsing.

Materials that actually make sense

Kraft is your no-fuss default. It's sturdy, it looks good on a counter, and it's cost-effective at volume. Printed card is where your branding lives — full colour, your logo, your colours. Bagasse is pressed sugarcane fibre: compostable, solid, and a decent story to tell customers who care about that sort of thing.

Each material has different lead times on custom print runs. Stocked plain lines dispatch same day if your order is in before 4pm on a NZ business day.

Ordering for your shop

We sell wholesale. That means carton quantities, not packs of ten from a supermarket shelf. Pricing is tiered — the more you order, the better your unit cost. If you're running multiple sites or buying for a group, get in touch and we'll sort a standing order arrangement.

Dispatch cut-off is 4pm NZ business days on all stocked lines. Custom print and non-stocked items have longer lead times — ask us before you cut it close to an event or a big weekend.

Frequently asked

Do the boxes actually keep chicken crispy during delivery?+

The ventilation helps a lot. Steam escapes instead of pooling, which is what turns a crunchy coating soggy. It won't perform miracles on a 45-minute delivery, but for a standard run they hold up well.

What sizes do you stock?+

Snack box, 2-piece, 6-piece, and family bucket. If you need something outside those sizes, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Can I get my logo printed on the boxes?+

Yes. Printed card options are available with custom branding. There are minimum order quantities on print runs — ask us for current minimums and lead times before you plan your launch.

Are any of the materials compostable?+

Bagasse is compostable. It's made from sugarcane fibre and is a solid option if your customers or your council are pushing for it. Kraft is recyclable in most NZ councils' kerbside streams.

How fast can I get an order?+

Stocked plain lines dispatch same day if your order is in before 4pm on a NZ business day. Custom print runs take longer — don't leave it to the week before you need them.

Do you deliver nationwide?+

Yes. We dispatch to all main centres and regional NZ. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier network — we'll give you realistic estimates at checkout.
