We stock clamshell burger boxes in kraft board and white card. Both come in 105 x 105 x 85mm, sold in cartons of 250. Grease-resistant liner, ventilated lid, stackable on the shelf and on the pass.

What we stock
Two options in our standard burger box range:
- F1920C – Kraft Burger Box 105 x 105 x 85mm, 250 per carton. Brown kraft board with a grease-resistant inner liner. Holds heat well. Looks the part at a market stall or a high-volume burger shop.
- F1949 – White Burger Box 105 x 105 x 85mm, 250 per carton. Clean white card, same liner, same dimensions. Better contrast if you're applying stickers or stamps.
Both are clamshell style. Both stack. Both are print-ready if you're ordering custom quantities.
Materials and what they mean in practice
Kraft board is robust and handles grease without going soggy mid-delivery. It's what most of our burger shop customers default to.
White card suits operators who want a cleaner look, especially if you're branding with a stamp or sticker. Same structural performance.
We also supply bagasse boxes in other parts of our range for operators who want a compostable option. Talk to us if that's the direction you're heading.
Ordering and dispatch
Stocked lines go out the same business day if your order is in before 4pm NZ time. That's F1920C and F1949 — both are live in our warehouse.
Custom print runs have longer lead times. Get in touch before you need them, not the week before your opening.
We sell wholesale. Cartons of 250 are the standard unit. If you need a pallet quote, contact us directly.
Who uses these boxes
Burger joints, obviously. But also kebab shops wrapping a loaded flatbread, Mexican spots putting together a smash burger special, food trucks who need something that survives a 15-minute walk from the window.
The 105 x 105 x 85mm size fits a standard beef patty build with room for a brioche bun. Not every burger fits every box — if you're running a taller build or a double stack, talk to us about what else is in the range.
Custom printing
Both the kraft and white boxes are print-ready. That means a flat, consistent surface that takes flexo and digital print reliably.
Minimum order quantities apply for custom runs. Lead times vary depending on artwork complexity and volume. Send us your brief and we'll give you straight numbers — no runaround.

Yes, on stocked lines ordered before 4pm on a NZ business day. F1920C and F1949 are both stocked. Custom or non-stocked items take longer.
Can I get these boxes custom printed with my logo?+
Yes. Both boxes are print-ready. Custom print orders have minimum quantities and lead times — contact us with your artwork and volume and we'll get you a straight answer.
Do you stock compostable burger boxes?+
We carry bagasse packaging in other parts of our range. Our standard burger boxes are kraft and white card. If compostable is a requirement, talk to us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What's the minimum order?+
Standard cartons are 250 units. We sell wholesale, so single-unit orders aren't our model. If you need multiple cartons or a pallet quote, contact us directly.
