Burger Boxes for Dunedin Operators

37 Dunedin businesses already order from us. Here's what they're using.

Dunedin's burger scene runs hard, especially around campus. Friday night, George Street's pumping, the queue's out the door, and the last thing you need is a box folding under a double patty and a stack of onion rings. These don't.

We stock kraft and white card burger boxes, 105 x 105 x 85mm, cartons of 250. Ventilated lids, grease-resistant liner, stackable on the shelf. Order before 4pm on a business day and we dispatch the same day.

The Boxes We Stock

Two options in this size. Same footprint, different look.

  • F1920C — Kraft Burger Box 105 x 105 x 85mm. 250 per carton. Brown kraft board with a grease-resistant liner. Print-ready surface if you want your branding on it.
  • F1949 — White Burger Box 105 x 105 x 85mm. 250 per carton. White card, same liner and ventilated lid. Cleaner look for cafes and smash-burger spots that want something a bit sharper on the counter.

Both are clamshell design. Both stack. Both handle a proper burger without going soggy on you.

Built for the Saturday Night Rush

A ventilated lid means steam escapes instead of turning your bun to mush. The grease-resistant liner keeps the box together whether you're dealing with a beef patty or a loaded fried chicken stack. Stackable means your bench stays clear when it matters most.

These boxes are also print-ready. If you want your logo on them, talk to us about custom print runs.

Ordering and Delivery in Dunedin

We dispatch stocked lines same business day when you order before 4pm. Dunedin is well within our South Island freight network. Cartons of 250 are the standard unit — no splitting cartons.

We already supply 37 Dunedin operators across burger joints, cafes, food trucks, and a few spots that do things we'd rather not put in writing. If you're not one of them yet, it's easy to fix that.

Materials and Sustainability

Kraft board is the default choice for operators who want something that looks the part without paying a premium. White card suits a cleaner brand aesthetic. If you're after bagasse options, get in touch and we can talk through what's available for your volume.

Both stocked lines use grease-resistant board rather than a plastic inner coating, which matters if your council or your conscience is pushing you toward more recyclable packaging.

Frequently asked

What sizes do these burger boxes come in?+

The stocked lines are both 105 x 105 x 85mm. That covers a standard single burger. If you need larger boxes for double stacks or loaded builds, get in touch and we can look at what else is available.

What's the minimum order?+

One carton. That's 250 boxes. We don't split cartons.

Can I get my logo printed on the boxes?+

Yes. Both the kraft and white card options are print-ready. Custom print is a separate conversation — contact us with your volume and artwork and we'll give you a straight answer on lead times and pricing.

How quickly will my order arrive in Dunedin?+

We dispatch stocked lines same business day if you order before 4pm. Freight to Dunedin typically takes 1-2 business days from our warehouse, but we don't control the courier once it leaves us.

Are these boxes compostable or recyclable?+

The kraft and white card boxes use grease-resistant board. Recyclability depends on how contaminated they are after use and what your local facility accepts. We don't claim certification we don't have. If you need certified compostable options, contact us and we'll tell you what's actually available.

Do the boxes hold up on a delivery run?+

Yes. The clamshell locks closed, the liner handles grease, and the ventilated lid lets steam out so the bun doesn't go soggy. They're built for a 20-minute delivery, not just a walk to a table.
