Two options: kraft board (F1920C) or white card (F1949). Both are 105 x 105 x 85mm — the standard smashburger footprint — and both come in cartons of 250. Grease-resistant liner, ventilated lid so you're not steaming your own patty into a soggy mess, and they stack flat on the shelf.
Kraft suits the stripped-back, brown-paper look. White card is cleaner for sticker branding or a more polished presentation. Either way, the box holds together from bench to bag.
Milkshake Cups: The Custom-Print Dirty Burger Option
The F2405 is a 16oz milkshake cup with a custom Dirty Burger print, sold in cartons of 1000. It pairs with the F2409 lid — sold separately in cartons of 2500, so the lid-to-cup ratio works for operators running high volume.
If you're selling thick shakes, thick frappes, or anything that needs a wide-mouth cup, this is it. The print does the talking so you don't have to stick a label on every cup.
Heavy-Duty Bags for the Full Order
The N4778A is a #16 HD brown SOS bag — Red Star, kraft, built for a double burger, a serve of fries, and whatever else goes in the order. Sold in cartons of 250. These are proper carry bags, not the flimsy ones that split when there's any real weight in them.
Good for dine-in paper service too if that's your vibe.
Rounding Out the Burger Kit
Sides, sauces, and extras need homes too. Deli containers work for coleslaw, pickles, and dipping sauces. Takeaway containers handle loaded fries or onion rings when a box isn't the right format.

Do the milkshake cup lids come with the cups?+
No, lids are sold separately. Cups are F2405 (1000/ctn) and lids are F2409 (2500/ctn). The quantities are intentionally different — 2.5 lids per cup — because lids go walkabout faster than cups do.
Can I get custom printed burger boxes?+
The milkshake cup (F2405) comes with a custom Dirty Burger print as standard. For custom printing on burger boxes, get in touch with us directly — custom print runs have their own minimums and lead times that we'll talk through with you.
What's your dispatch cut-off?+
4pm on NZ business days for stocked lines. Order before that and it goes out the same day. Non-stocked or custom items work on a different timeline — we'll confirm that at the time of order.
