Two options. Kraft board or white card, both 105 x 105 x 85mm, both in cartons of 250.
- F1920C — Kraft Burger Box: Brown, natural look, grease-resistant liner. 250 per carton.
- F1949 — White Burger Box: Same size, cleaner finish for branded or stickered presentation. 250 per carton.
Ventilated lids, locking tabs, stackable on the shelf. They hold through the cheese melt and the 20-minute ride across North Dunedin.
Milkshake Cups for the Dirty Burger Setup
If you're running shakes alongside your burgers, these are purpose-built for it.
- F2405 — Milkshake Cup, Custom Print Dirty Burger, 16oz: 1000 per carton. Pre-printed with the Dirty Burger design.
- F2409 — Milkshake Cup Lid: Fits the F2405. Sold in cartons of 2500.
Thick walls, solid base. They don't buckle when the shake is full and the customer is walking.
SOS Bags for the Whole Order
Sometimes the box alone isn't the problem — it's fitting everything into something a customer can actually carry.
- N4778A — Red Star Burger SOS Bag, #16, Heavy Duty Brown: 250 per carton. Sized for burger boxes with room for fries and a cup.
Heavy duty means it doesn't blow out at the bottom when someone grabs it off the counter.

Our current stocked burger boxes are 105 x 105 x 85mm. They come in kraft (F1920C) and white card (F1949), both 250 per carton. That size suits a standard single burger build with a decent amount of height.
Can I get custom printing on the burger boxes?+
The kraft and white burger boxes in our current range are unprinted, so they're easy to sticker or stamp with your own branding. The F2405 milkshake cup comes pre-printed with the Dirty Burger design. For fully custom-printed burger boxes, get in touch and we can talk through what's involved.
How quickly will my order arrive in Dunedin?+
We dispatch stocked lines the same day if your order is in before 4pm on a business day. Dunedin delivery times depend on your courier, but North Island same-day dispatch typically means South Island delivery within one to two business days. We can't promise specific delivery windows — that's on the courier.
Do you do sustainable or compostable burger boxes?+
Our kraft burger boxes use natural brown board. If compostable or certified-sustainable options are important to your operation, contact us directly and we'll tell you exactly what's available and what it costs — no greenwashing.
What's the minimum order quantity?+
Our burger boxes are sold by the carton — 250 per carton for the boxes, 1000 for the milkshake cups, and 2500 for the lids. There's no site-wide minimum order, but carton quantities are the unit we sell in.
I run a food truck in Dunedin. Can I still order from you?+
Yes. We supply food trucks. You order online, we dispatch to your address. The only thing to sort out is a reliable delivery address — if you're moving around, a fixed depot or home address works fine.
