Coffee Cups Wholesale NZ
Hot cups that keep coffee hot, fit your lids, and don't fall apart in a customer's hand.
We stock single-wall and double-wall hot cups from 4oz to 16oz, with matching sleeves and sip lids. Whether you're running a café, a food truck, or a burger joint doing flat whites on the side, there's a cup here that works.
Cartons of 500 or 1000. PLA-lined and aqueous options. Tan, grey, yellow, and print-ready Art Series. Order before 4pm on a business day and stocked lines go out the same day.
Single-Wall Hot Cups
Our single-wall cups are the workhorse option. Use them with a sleeve or a cardboard sleeve holder if heat is a concern. Available in 12oz in grey (RP1032), tan (RP1056), and yellow (RP1048), all in 1000-cup cartons.
Matching sleeves available in 8oz (F3020) and 12oz (F3022), also 1000 per carton. Buy the cup and the sleeve together and you're sorted.
Double-Wall Hot Cups
Double-wall construction means no sleeve needed. The air gap between the walls does the insulating work, so the cup stays comfortable to hold and the coffee stays hot longer.
We stock the Art Series Double Wall in 8oz 255ml (RP1016-1) and 12oz 390ml (RP1012-1), both in 1000-cup cartons. For larger serves, the Beleaf Double Wall 16oz 495ml (RP1020) comes in 500-cup cartons.
The Beleaf range uses plant-based materials, a solid pick if your customers care about what ends up in the bin.
Sizes, Materials and What Fits What
Our hot cups run from 4oz through to 16oz. Here's a quick reference:
- 4oz — macchiatos, espressos, shot sizes
- 6oz — flat whites, short blacks, kids' hot choc
- 8oz — standard flat white or latte
- 12oz — medium latte, most filter coffee serves
- 16oz — large serves, American-style drip, busy morning rushes
Most cups in our range are PLA-lined or aqueous-lined. Check individual product listings for lining type — it matters if you're making compostability claims to customers.
Ordering and Dispatch
Stocked lines leave our warehouse the same day if you order before 4pm on a NZ business day. No minimum order on most lines, though buying by the carton gets you the best price per unit.
Need a custom print run? Get in touch directly. Custom cups have longer lead times and minimum quantities apply — we'll give you the honest numbers upfront, not the optimistic ones.
Frequently asked
What sizes do your coffee cups come in?+
We stock 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz. Not every style comes in every size — check the individual product listings for what's available in each range.
Do I need a sleeve with your single-wall cups?+
For most hot drinks, yes. Single-wall cups conduct heat directly to the hand. We stock 8oz and 12oz sleeves to match. If you'd rather skip the sleeve, look at our double-wall range instead.
What's the difference between PLA-lined and aqueous-lined cups?+
PLA lining is plant-based and can be commercially compostable under the right conditions. Aqueous lining is a water-based barrier coating. Both keep liquid from soaking through the paper. If you're making compostability claims, check your local facility accepts PLA — not all do.
Can I get coffee cups printed with my logo?+
Yes. Custom print runs are available. Lead times are longer than stocked lines and there are minimum quantities. Contact us directly and we'll give you accurate timelines and quantities.
How many cups come in a carton?+
Most of our hot cup cartons contain 1000 cups. The Beleaf 16oz double-wall cup (RP1020) comes in 500-cup cartons. Sleeve cartons are also 1000 units.
How fast will my order arrive?+
Stocked lines dispatched same day if you order before 4pm on a NZ business day. Delivery times from there depend on your location. We can't promise same-day dispatch on non-stocked or custom items.
