What's Actually in Stock
Two SKUs. Both clamshell. Both built for a proper burger.
- F1920C — Kraft Burger Box, 105 x 105 x 85mm, 250 per carton. Brown kraft board with a grease-resistant liner and a ventilated lid. Print-ready surface if you want your logo on it.
- F1949 — White Burger Box, 105 x 105 x 85mm, 250 per carton. Same dimensions, white card finish. Clean look for a cleaner brand.
Both sizes suit a standard single burger. Stack flat on the shelf, open fast on the line.
Why the Box Matters at Midnight
Wellington runs late. Courtenay Place on a Friday, Lyall Bay after a surf, the Aro Valley lunch crowd who expect everything to be a bit better than it needs to be. The box is part of that.
A grease-soaked bottom that collapses before the customer gets to the door isn't a vibe anyone wants. These boxes hold together through the sauce, the cheese melt, and the ride on the back of an e-bike.
Materials and Sustainability
We offer burger boxes in kraft board and white card. Kraft is the natural brown option — unbleached, compostable in the right conditions, and it looks honest on a counter.
White card gives you a cleaner print surface if you're running stickers or custom branding.
Bagasse options exist across our wider range for operators who want to go further on sustainability. Talk to us if that's a priority.
Ordering and Dispatch from Wellington
We dispatch from our warehouse on stocked lines. Cut-off is 4pm NZ business days. Place your order before then and it moves the same day.
Minimum order is a carton — 250 boxes. That's not a huge commitment. Most burger operations run through that in a busy week.

Right now our stocked burger boxes are 105 x 105 x 85mm — that's a standard single-burger size. We stock both kraft and white card in that size, sold in cartons of 250.
Can I get custom printing on the boxes?+
The boxes are print-ready. For custom print runs, contact us directly to discuss quantities and lead times. Custom print is not a stocked item, so same-day dispatch doesn't apply.
Are these boxes compostable or recyclable?+
The kraft board option is compostable under the right conditions. We'd recommend checking with your local Wellington composting facility on what they accept. We also carry bagasse options in our wider range — ask us if sustainability specs are important to you.
How quickly can I get boxes to Wellington?+
