Dessert Packaging for Hamilton Operators

We already supply four dessert operators in Hamilton and the Waikato. Cake shops, bakeries, dessert bars — the packaging needs are the same: something sturdy, the right depth, and a presentation that doesn't undo the work you put in at the bench.
We stock cake bases and lids in three depths, cake boards, and flat-pack cartons. Orders placed by 4pm on a business day go out same day on stocked lines. No fluff, just boxes.
Cake Boxes and Clamshells
The RF21xx range covers cake bases and lids at 130 x 225mm in low (43mm), medium (81mm), and high (99mm) profiles. If you need a clam-style closure, the RF2200 gives you the same footprint with a hinged high lid. All come 250 per carton.
Need the base only? RF2102.2 is the same 130 x 225mm base, no lid, 250 per carton. Useful if you're stacking into a display cabinet or adding your own cover.
Square Cartons for Single Serves and Slices
The W0403 and W0404.1 are 203 x 203mm square cartons — 100mm deep and 150mm deep respectively. Both ship 50 per carton. Good for whole small cakes, stacked brownies, or anything that needs a clean square presentation.
Flat-pack, so they don't chew through your storage space. Assemble when you need them.
Cake Boards
RF2130 is an 11-inch round white cake board. You get 300 per carton. Standard grease-resistant surface. If you're selling whole cakes to go, pair it with the high lid clamshell and you've got a clean, stable unit for the customer to carry out.
Hamilton Delivery
We dispatch on stocked lines to Hamilton when orders are in by 4pm on a business day. Waikato is well within our regular freight network.

What cake box depths do you stock?+
Three depths in the 130 x 225mm base-and-lid range: low at 43mm (RF2104), medium at 81mm (RF2102), and high at 99mm (RF2100). The clam version (RF2200) is also 99mm high. All come 250 per carton.
Do you sell cake bases without lids?+
Yes. RF2102.2 is the 130 x 225mm base only, 250 per carton. Same board, no lid.
How quickly can you get packaging to Hamilton?+
We dispatch stocked lines same day if your order is in by 4pm on a business day. Transit time to Hamilton depends on the courier, but Waikato is a standard freight lane for us.
Can I get custom printed boxes for my cake shop?+
Custom print is available on certain lines with minimum order quantities. Contact us with your artwork and the product you're interested in and we'll give you a straight answer on lead times and MOQ.
What size are the square cake cartons?+
203 x 203mm footprint, in two depths: 100mm (W0403) and 150mm (W0404.1). Both sold in cartons of 50.
