Cake Bases and Lids — Four Heights, One Footprint
The RF2100 range covers a single 130 x 225mm footprint in four lid heights: 43mm low (RF2104), 81mm medium (RF2102), 99mm high (RF2100), and a clam-style 99mm high with integrated base and lid (RF2200). All come in cartons of 250.
If you're boxing a single layer slice, the low lid works. Layer cakes and tall mousse rounds need the high or clam. The clam variant locks shut — useful when anything is going into a delivery bag.
Need the base without a lid? RF2102.2 is the 130 x 225mm base only, also 250 per carton. Good for display trays or when you're lidding with wrap instead.
Cake Cartons for Whole Cakes
W0403 is a 203 x 203 x 100mm cake carton, sold in 50s. W0404.1 is the same footprint but 150mm tall — better for tiered cakes or anything with a decorative top that can't be compressed.
Both are carton-board construction. Square format, flat-pack, straightforward to assemble during a busy service window. Cartons of 50 make sense for lower-volume cake shops; order multiples if you're moving volume.
Cake Boards
RF2130 is an 11-inch round white cake board. You get 300 per carton. Standard stuff — but having a proper board under a cake before it goes into a box means the cake survives transit and comes out cleanly when the customer opens it.
If you're putting anything in a W0403 or W0404.1 carton, pair it with a board. The difference in presentation is obvious.

What's the difference between the RF2100 and RF2200 cake box?+
Both are 130 x 225 x 99mm. The RF2100 is a separate base and lid. The RF2200 is a clam — base and lid are hinged together. The clam locks shut, which is better for delivery. The separate base and lid stacks more efficiently on the shelf.
Do the cake bases fit the W0403 cartons?+
No. The RF2100-range bases are 130 x 225mm, which is a rectangular format. The W0403 and W0404.1 cartons are 203 x 203mm square. They're different products for different cake shapes. Check your cake dimensions before ordering.

How many cake boxes come in a carton?+
