Bio options for operators who want them

What size container works for a standard serve of fried rice?+
The 700ml Bonson Wide Base or the 750ml Black Oval both handle a standard fried rice serve well. The wide base on the Bonson makes it more stable in a delivery bag.
Do you stock lids for the bio square containers?+
Yes. The RF4218 Bio Lid fits both the 280ml and 480ml Bio Square Containers. It comes in cartons of 600. Order both at the same time.
Can I get same-day dispatch in Hamilton?+
On stocked lines, yes — if your order is in before 4pm on a NZ business day. We dispatch from our warehouse and it goes from there. Non-stocked or custom lines have different lead times.
Do the black oval containers come with lids?+
Check the individual product pages for lid compatibility. The RF4680 and RF4683 listings will show you what fits.
Are the BioCane trays actually compostable?+
They're made from sugarcane fibre and are designed for composting. Whether they can go into your local kerbside or commercial composting depends on the Hamilton City Council service available to you. Check that before you tell customers.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No minimum order. You buy per carton — one carton is fine. Carton sizes vary by product, so check the quantity on each listing.
