Catering Roll vs Pre-Cut Sheets
Both do the same job. Which one suits you depends on how your kitchen runs.
Catering rolls give you flexibility. Cut to whatever length you need. Better for wrapping irregular shapes — whole fish, big burgers, loaded trays. The 450mm wide roll handles larger formats without doubling up.
Pre-cut sheets save time when you're doing the same wrap over and over. Consistent size every time, no off-cuts, no roll holder to deal with. Popular with fish and chip shops and burger joints running high volume.
Pop-up sheets are the fastest option at the counter. Pull one, it's ready. Good for wrapping on the fly when both hands are full.

What widths does your aluminium foil come in?+
We stock 300mm and 450mm wide catering rolls. The 300mm suits standard wrapping. The 450mm is better for larger trays or bigger wraps without needing a double layer.
