Kebab Packaging for Wellington Operators

Wellington runs late and eats well. Whether you're wrapping shawarma on Cuba Street or plating up a mezze bowl near the waterfront, your packaging has to handle heat, sauce, and a walk in the wind.
We currently supply two Wellington kebab operators and we're stocked on the containers, burger boxes, and deli tubs that kebab kitchens actually use. No need to order six weeks out — stocked lines go out same day if you get your order in before 4pm on a business day.
Boxes for Wraps and Burgers
Kebab burgers and loaded wraps need a box that doesn't collapse when the garlic sauce hits. We stock two options in 105 x 105 x 85mm, cartons of 250.
- F1920C — Kraft Burger Box, 105 x 105 x 85mm, 250 per carton. Grease-resistant board, stackable.
- F1949 — White Burger Box, same dimensions, same carton size. Clean look if that suits your branding.
Both have a locking lid and sit flat on a shelf. You're not reinventing the wheel here — you're just stopping the wrap from falling apart on the walk to Courtenay Place.
Containers for Rice, Salad, and Sides
A lot of Wellington kebab orders are bowls — rice, fattoush, hummus, whatever you're running. You need a container that seals properly and doesn't leak through the bottom of a paper bag.
- RF0610.1 — 700ml Bonson Wide Base Container, black, 500 per carton. Wide base means it sits stable on a scooter or in a bag. Good for rice and salad combos.
- RF4204 — Bio Square Container White, 280ml, 130 x 130 x 45mm, 600 per carton. Suits sides, sauces, or a small mezze portion.
- RF4218 — Bio Lid to suit the 280ml and 480ml Bio Square Containers, 600 per carton. Keep these on hand if you're running the RF4204.
Deli Containers for Dips and Sauces
Garlic sauce. Hummus. Tzatziki. Chilli. Every kebab shop has a row of them. The H4208 is a 5 litre DG plastic container with cap — good for bulk storage at prep, or for operators who portion and sell dips as a side product.
It's not glamorous. It just works. Seals tight, stacks in the cool room, and doesn't crack when it's cold.
Straws If You're Running Drinks
Not every kebab shop does drinks, but if you do — and especially if you're selling cans or fresh juice alongside — we stock sugarcane straws in two formats.
- F4520C — Unwrapped Cocktail Sugarcane Straw, 6 x 140mm, 11,000 per carton.
- F4524C — Wrapped Regular Sugarcane Straw, 6 x 210mm, 4,500 per carton.
Sugarcane, not plastic. Fits most standard cup sizes and holds up through a thick drink.

We dispatch stocked lines the same day if your order is in before 4pm on a NZ business day. Wellington gets standard courier from us — check your delivery estimate at checkout.

What size container works best for a kebab rice bowl?+
The RF0610.1 700ml Bonson Wide Base Container is the most common fit. It's deep enough for a good serve of rice and salad, the wide base keeps it stable in a bag, and it comes in black so it presents well. 500 per carton.
Do you stock lids for the bio square containers?+
Yes. The RF4218 Bio Lid suits both the 280ml and 480ml Bio Square Containers. Order it alongside the RF4204 so you're not caught short. It comes in cartons of 600.
Can I get custom printed boxes with my logo?+
Custom print is available but requires a minimum order quantity and lead time that goes beyond our standard stocked lines. Contact us directly to discuss your volume and timeline before you commit.
How quickly can I get an order delivered to Wellington?+
Stocked lines dispatched before 4pm on a NZ business day go out same day. Courier transit to Wellington from our warehouse varies — check the estimate at checkout. We don't promise overnight, but we don't sit on orders either.
Are the bio containers actually compostable?+
The RF4204 Bio Square Container is made from bio-based material. We're not going to overclaim on certifications here — check the product page for the full spec and confirm with your local waste facility what they accept.
Do you have a minimum order?+
Containers and boxes are sold by the carton. There's no minimum carton count enforced at checkout, but buying in carton quantities is how you get the best per-unit price. Have a look at the product pages for current carton sizes and pricing.
